Why is it that the differentiation of y=ln(1 e^2x) is dy/dx=2e^(2x)/(1 e^2x)?
I must have missed a property or theorem along the way, because I cannot figure out why the differentiation of y=ln(1 e^2x) is dy/dx=2e^(2x)/(1 e^2x)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :) The derivate of lnu is u
