Physics: You reach out a second story window 5m above sidewalk, throw a 0.1kg ball up with 6J of kinetic ener?

What is the balls gravitational energy when it is released?

What is the balls gravitational energy just before hitting the sidewalk?

What is the balls kinetic energy just before hitting the sidewalk?

How would the answer to (C) change if the ball has initially been thrown straight down with 6J of kinetic energy?

I cant figure out what formulas to use??? Help
KE = ()mV...kinetic energy

PE = mgh...gravitational potential energy

at [t = 0]PE = mgh

PE = (0.1)(9.8)(5)

PE = 4.9 Joules

at [t = impact]PE = (0.1)(9.8)(0) = 0 Joules

at [t = impact]all of the ball
